Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Casa Hove ships to addresses within England, Wales and Northern Ireland free of charge, for addresses outside of these areas, please contact us for a reasonable quote.

Return & Exchange Policy
Casa Hove accepts returns.
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase, so long as the item is in the same condition as when posted out to you.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
