Attractive antique 800 silver footed sugar shaker with cobalt blue insert.  Glass appears to be hand blown.  Hallmarked 800 with a foreign mark  Cap twists off, very nice ornate design.   Some light scratches and discolouration. 
 
It stands 15.5cm tall and is 4.5cm at its widest.
