Victorian 9ct hat pin, with a small blue stone, potenitally sapphire.  Sold in good pre-owned condition, with the initials F W engraved on the reverse, and marked '9CT'.  It comes in its original 'Saqui & Lawrence Jewellers case, Piccadilly'
