Measuring roughly 1'' cubed, this miniature trinket box/pill box is a great piece
I'm pretty sure that this is solid silver, there is no hallmark but it is marked 'DOMEX Portugal' to the bottom.  To the lid is written Lisboa along with cutely crafted pattern
